Donuts are often fried in hot oil, but baked donuts are a quicker, cleaner and delicious alternative. Recently I’ve been making Pumpkin Spice Donuts which bake up so tender. Once they’re fully cooled I’ll dip them in a thick vanilla cinnamon glaze, let that try completely, then come back and drizzle small ribbons of the same glaze on a cross pattern over the top to add a little extra glam.
