The third suspect wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a Korean tourist family at the Guam Premier Outlets parking lot was arrested Wednesday morning in Dededo, according to the Guam Police Department. Sixty-three-year old Jose Develles is taking legal action against them and other unnamed officers alleging police brutality.
