The Pavia Overlook at Blue Knob State Park in Bedford County is located atop Blue Knob, the second-highest mountain in Pennsylvania, with an elevation of 3,146 ft. *The actual second highest spot is located in the ski resort area, but the Pavia Overlook has the best views, in my opinion.
