This is how I modified the boots and pants for my Ereshkigal cosplay. Due to a short time schedule it can sometimes be very helpful not to make every part of your costume from scratch. You can just buy clothes that are very similar to what you need and do some changes. Fun fact: On the final outfit the pants and boots are going to be hidden by a skirt, which is pretty sad because I love this style, but I am still happy I look awesome even under my skirt.
