One ampule contains 1 ml = 0.6 mg of the drug. It can be given through intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), or subcutaneous (SC) routes. In emergencies, 3–4 mg can be given safely, with a three-minute gap between every two doses until the heart rate improves. Atropine is also used in mushro
