Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy and top European leaders arrive in Washington for make-or-break meetings with President Trump and his team.

Following Monday’s meetings, US President Donald Trump said he called his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and has begun arrangements for a meeting “at a location to be determined” between the Russian president and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
