It’s been a wild weather day across Minnesota and Wisconsin. A powerful round of severe thunderstorms brought numerous reports of tornadoes, some of which touched down across central Minnesota and into western Wisconsin.
The ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Team has issued a Weather Alert Day for the threat of severe thunderstorms along and just north of the I-44 corridor on early Friday afternoon. Storms are expected to develop ahead of a cold front that will work east through the afternoon.
