The NFL announced Thursday that the Dec. 7 game at Lambeau Field was moved from noon to 3:25 p.m. and will be broadcast on Fox. The Bengals-Bills game was moved to noon. The NFL permits games to be flexed between at any time between Weeks 11-17, provided it happens with at least 12 days’ notice.
