Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebrations have been cancelled due to concerns over "extreme weather". Organisers said high winds would force all outdoor events taking place on Monday and Tuesday to be scrapped, including the Hogmanay concert in Princes Street Gardens by the band Texas.
