B R Gavai today said that the judiciary and the legal fraternity have initiated a dialogue aimed at resolving all problems and steering Kashmir towards normalcy.

As part of the annual Amarnath Yatra, the ‘Chhari-Sthapana’ ceremony was performed this morning at Shri Amareshwar Temple in Srinagar.
