Social media platform X showed signs of recovery on Saturday after an outage disrupted access for thousands of users in the United States, according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com.
Multiple popular online services were hit by outages on Thursday afternoon, including Spotify, Discord, Google and Amazon Web Services, according to Downdetector, a website that tracks service disruptions across the web.
SAN FRANCISCO — From Google, Character.ai and Amazon to Discord, Spotify and Etsy, multiple websites were experiencing some variation of outages on Thursday. Thousands of reports were filed for the respective sites at DownDetector, flagging the outages as they happened.
Several Google services, like Search, Cloud, as well as, Spotify, and more, were hit with a massive outage today.
OpenAI’s 400 million ChatGPT users experienced “elevated error rates” worldwide on Tuesday as consumers reported thousands of technical issues, according to data from DownDetector.com, a website that tracks online service outages.
