CBS Sports HQ's "College Football Pregame," is coming to Tallahassee for Florida State football's week one kickoff against No. 8 Alabama.

The College Football Playoff announced that it will use an "enhanced" tool to further emphasize strength of schedule in its selection process, starting in 2025. The new metric -- titled record strength -- will give further credit to how a team performs against its schedule.
