The Phoenix Sunsmade a trade Tuesday night that has everyone around the league wondering if a bigger move could be on the horizon. The Suns sent their only tradable first-round pick (in 2031) to the Utah Jazz in exchange for three future first-round picks.

The Suns made a trade with the Utah Jazz that might just be able to move the needle a tad bit in the right direction for Phoenix. The deal won’t necessarily get them anything today. But the Suns likely don’t ever plan on actually making these picks.

The Suns and Jazz made a small trade on Tuesday, but a deal that might just be setting up a much larger deal for disgruntled Heat star Jimmy Butler.
