Insider Mark Kaboly says the Steelers are inquiring around the NFL about T.J. Watt’s trade value amid contract uncertainty.

In an appearance on 93.7 The Fan on Friday, Steelers reporter Mark Kaboly said Watt would “probably” command a second-round pick in a trade, which the Steelers might consider if negotiations reach a “point of no return.”

It’s no secret that T.J. Watt wants a new contract from the Pittsburgh Steelers. While he’s set to have a base salary of $21 million in 2025, the 31-year-old is headed into the final year of his contract.
