The founder of pro-Palestinian activist group has won the right to challenge the British government’s decision to ban the group under anti-terrorism laws.

A High Court challenge was mounted over the Government's decision to proscribe Palestine Action, with more than 170 arrests since the order came into place last month

Palestine Action (PA) can challenge its status as a terror group, a judge had ruled. Huda Ammori, the co-founder of the pro-Palestine group, brought the case after Yvette Cooper, the Home Secretary, proscribed PA following an alleged attack on two Voyager aircraft at RAF Brize Norton on June 20.
