MONROVIA, Calif. (AP) — A man fleeing immigration authorities outside a Home Depot store in Southern California was struck and killed by an SUV when he ran across a nearby freeway, officials said.

A man fatally hit by an SUV on the 210 freeway in Monrovia was identified Friday as a 52-year-old from Guatemala, believed to have been fleeing on foot from an immigration raid at a nearby Home Depot.
