Russia is leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance its misinformation campaigns against Ukraine, marking a new priority for its propaganda centers, states Ukraine's deputy foreign minister Anton Demokhin.

Ukraine has officially denied claims about alleged plans to develop nuclear weapons. The country has been and remains a committed party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

"We officially refute the insinuations of unnamed sources in the Bild publication regarding Ukraine's alleged plans to develop weapons of mass destruction."

Ukraine is not discussing the possibility of restoring its nuclear arsenal. The relevant rumors are fake, according to Bild and a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
