Elon Musk has unveiled a bold – and detailed – vision for Mars. It starts with one uncrewed Starship traveling to the red planet next year and culminates with thousands of spacecraft headed there every two years,

SpaceX shared a video in which founder Elon Musk gave a timeline for the company's Starship to reach Mars in the years ahead.

Starship is expected to be used for the Artemis III crewed moon mission, and the eventually trek to Mars. Once fully operational, the plan is for the Super Heavy boosters to be launched and caught back at the Orbital Launch Integration Tower, where they will be repositioned and re-flown within an hour, Musk said.
