Anthony Barry had to submit a dissertation to achieve his FA Pro Licence, so the young coach studied 16,380 throw-ins and presented his findings to his classmates, who included Frank Lampard and Michael Carrick.

The Englishman has a huge reputation as one of the best coaches on the go, and cut his teeth at International level with Stephen Kenny and the Republic of Ireland.

Barry spent his playing career in the lower leagues but has held coaching positions with Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Belgium and Portugal.
