Eurovision fans are convinced that Celine Dion is set to appear at the competition’s grand final after making a ‘red herring’ cameo in the first semi-final. The legendary Canadian singer rose to fame in 1988, when she won the annual event in Dublin for Switzerland in Dublin with her song Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi.
