Zackary King, 28, will receive credit for time served, was ordered to undergo mental health treatment and will spend one year on supervised release under the sentence handed down in Fort Smith by Chief Judge Susan O. Hickey of the Western District of Arkansas for the beating that was captured in a bystander's video that went viral online.
