Officials have identified one of the two victims shot to death in an alley on the city's South Side on Tuesday.

Family members identify the man as James Stroud. He died after Chicago police say he was shot while sitting in his car near 90th and Loomis streets in the Brainerd neighborhood just after 10 a.m.
