SAN ANTONIO — A mailman discovered a man's body lying on a sidewalk west of downtown Saturday morning, according to San Antonio police. SAPD was called to the 200 block of Dorris Street around 11 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive man on the sidewalk. The man was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
