The first slate of performers for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards was announced, with Sabrina Carpenter, J Balvin, Alex Warren, and Sombr set to play.

Sombr, Alex Warren and J Balvin featuring DJ Snake will also take the stage at New York's UBS Arena for the annual music event, airing live for the first time on CBS as well as longtime home MTV.
