With less than a week before training camp opens, the Seahawks placed pass rusher Uchenna Nwosu on the physically unable to perform list Thursday.

Ahead of training camp, the Seahawks placed six rookies on the non-football injury list. That essentially means they were already injured from prior settings before getting to camp. Players on the NFI can be activated at any time during training camp. They can't practice until being activated.
