NFL insider Ian Rapoport reports the Rams will take on part of Cooper Kupp’s contract, making the trade even more enticing for the Steelers.

Myles Garrett wasn’t the only surprising trade news to come down on the start of Super Bowl week. Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp took to social media to essentially say goodbye to Los Angeles and the fans, as he shared the team is looking to trade the former All-Pro receiver.

The Los Angeles Rams plan on trading Cooper Kupp, the wide receiver posted on social media Monday. Kupp, the MVP when the Rams won Super Bowl LVI, said he hoped to remain a Ram for his entire career. That won’t happen now as he is no longer in the team’s plans.
