A boon for balloons: Valentine’s Day outreach program blows up in popularity among local community
Last year, Sarah Cole and volunteers started delivered Blessing Balloons to 13 local nursing homes. This year, they aim to deliver 22,000 balloons to 2,500 seniors in 26 local nursing homes.
