The exhibit, “Salvaged Magic” features colorful fairy dolls crafted using found items like stones, sticks, metal, seeds, bones, feathers and shells gathered by the artist, Audrey Luce.

The film star donated the Fairy Castle to the museum in 1947 where its price tag, including the 2,000 miniatures it contains, was estimated at nearly $500,000 - or £313,000.
