Brad Marchand wasn't the only player traded by the Boston Bruins on deadline day, as defenseman Brandon Carlo was also reportedly traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The Bruins were sellers on Friday and traded several core players including Brad Marchand, Charlie Coyle and Brandon Carlo.
With Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy on the shelf, Charlie Coyle and Brandon Carlo have both been elevated to Bruins ’ alternate captains. It’s a proud distinction, an official designation of leadership for a team they’ve spent most of the last decade with.

The Florida Panthers brought in Seth Jones and Brad Marchand.  The Toronto Maple Leafs improved their defense with the acquisition of Brandon Carlo and added respected third-line center Scott Laughton.
He was 0-4-2 in his previous six starts, and things won't likely get any easier for the netminder with deadline trades that took Brad Marchand, Charlie Coyle and Brandon Carlo to new cities. Swayman will need to stand on his head going forward as the Bruins retool.
