Ford Motor Co. is recalling more than 200,000 vehicles because a software defect can cause the rearview camera to fail, increasing the risk of a crash and injury.
According to the recall, Ford was contacted on Jan. 17 by the NHTSA over the rearview camera complaints. Owners will be notified with letter in the mail by June 16, according to the recall.
