The No. 1 Rebels lost 12-11 to No. 4 Murray State on June 2 at Swayze Field. Murray State advances to face Duke (40-19) in a super regional. The Rebels were down 12-3 in the bottom of the seventh but mounted a huge rally. Brayden Randle's three-run home run in the bottom of the eighth reduced the Murray State lead to 12-11.

Ole Miss was down nine runs to Murray State through seventh inning stretch time in the championship game of the 2025 Oxford Regional. Ultimately the eight runs the Rebels scored during the final three innings wasn't enough with Racers coming out on top 12-11.

Ole Miss baseball is the top seed in the Oxford Regional. The team will play on June 2 against No. 4 Murray State in an elimination game.
