Kenny Atkinson’s biggest concern going into Cleveland’s Eastern Conference semifinal series against Indiana was trying to match up against the Pacers’ quick-tempo offense.

Mobley had a dominant game with 20 points and 10 rebounds to go along with some stellar rim protection and although he didn’t appear to tweak anything during the game, he popped up on Cleveland’s injury report Monday afternoon. Apparently, he injured his ankle and there is “real concern” that he will miss game two against the Pacers on Tuesday .

The Pacers rained down 19-of-36 shots from beyond the arc to create a 30-point advantage over the Cavaliers on 3-point shots in Game 1.
