The Tigers will look to punch their ticket to the SEC Tournament Championship Game, square off against Ole Miss.

A handful of upsets have already occurred at the 2025 SEC baseball tournament. The eighth-seeded Tennessee Volunteers and seventh-seeded Ole Miss Rebels advanced to Saturday's semifinals with quarterfinal victories over the top two seeds. The LSU Tigers and the Vanderbilt Commodores are the only top-four seeds still alive in Hoover, Alabama.

Vanderbilt baseball shut out Tennessee in the SEC tournament semifinal, its third win over the Vols this season.

HOOVER, Ala. – No. 17 Ole Miss (39-18) advanced to the semifinals of the 2025 SEC Baseball Tournament Friday evening with a 5-2 win over No. 5 Arkansas (43-13).

LSU has a league-best 94-50 (.653) all-time record in the SEC Tournament, and the Tigers own a conference-high 12 tournament titles. LSU has reached the championship round of the tournament on 20 occasions.
