Kia has initiated a recall on more than 300,000 of its vehicles over loose parts that may increase the risk of crash.

The loose parts could be hazardous to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash if they detach on the road.

K5 models might also deal with a similar problem, but with their C-pillar garnish face plates, which are the decorative panels near the left and right rear windows. The automobile manufacturer stated that the piece may loosen or fall off because of a supplier quality issue.
