Actress Joan Collins tells PEOPLE that she is “completely devastated” following the news of sister Jackie Collins’ death. “She was my best friend, ” Joan, 82, said.

Her life and career inspired a new documentary, Lady Boss: The Jackie Collins Story, that just premiered last week at the Tribeca Festival in New York. It’s set to debut on CNN on June 27.
