Musk’s satellite and rocket giant is targeting going public at a $1.75 trillion valuation, multiple outlets reported Wednesday.

SpaceX (SPCX.O) told banks in its $75 billion initial public offering ​that it is set on the $135-a-share price ‌that the firm disclosed on Wednesday in its amended IPO filing, sources told Reuters.

He isn’t selling any of his shares in the SpaceX offering, and would have 82.4% of the voting power in the company.
