Former NFL defensive back and current ESPN analyst Jason McCourty predicts a blockbuster deal between the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders that would see the two teams swap George Pickens and Maxx Crosby.

As the Cowboys and their owner, Jerry Jones, are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the 2026 season, they could target a Las Vegas Raiders star defensive end. Despite signing a three-year, $106.5 million contract in 2025 with the Raiders,

Dallas could also trade for Crosby to replace Micah Parsons, who they shipped off to the Green Bay Packers before the start of the 2025 campaign. The Cowboys have two first-round picks in April's draft and are well stocked with future picks, so they could make an offer the Raiders can't resist.

The Las Vegas Raiders need a lot of help at several positions. Nonetheless, with the Silver and Black likely taking former Indiana Hoosiers QB Fernando Mendoza, one of their to-do items is providing him with protection and improving his weapons.
