The two highest-rated recruits transferring into the program are EDGE Kelby Collins, a former four-star recruit from the 2023 recruiting class of the Florida Gators, and interior offensive lineman Kam Dewberry, a former four-star recruit from the 2022 recruiting class of the Texas A&M Aggies.

Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans have welcomed the No. 43 incoming portal class, per the 247Sports Composite, with five new commits to their program. Despite the notoriety of the head coach and historic Big Ten program, they have also lost 19 players to the transfer portal, including several blue-chip high school recruits.

The transfer portal has become almost more important than the recruiting process. However, one team's success in the portal doesn't add up, given their NIL value.
