The lucky 59-year-old player from White Lake purchased his winning Lucky for Life ticket at Lakeview Market at 9775 Elizabeth Lake Road.

Timothy Wiscombe, 59, of White Lake won $25,000 a year for life when his ticket matched the five white balls drawn Sept. 27.

A $50 scratch-off ticket bested odds of 1 in 185,709 to win $1 million in the Florida Lottery. The ticket was sold at a Walmart on North Highland Avenue in Clearwater, according to lottery officials.
