CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A precautionary boil water advisory in Cape Girardeau has been lifted after the water was tested clean. According to the city of Cape Girardeau on Wednesday, October 9, the advisory is in effect for around 110 homes near the site of the water main break.
