Mondelez International, a corporate giant behind the name-brand versions of many snacks, contends that Aldi is mimicking its packaging to dupe customers.

Snack brand giant Mondelez is suing grocery chain Aldi, alleging that the grocer’s store-brand snacks “blatantly” copied Mondelez packaging.

Mondelez International has sued Aldi for alleged packaging infringement, claiming the supermarket's products mimic its own brands, like Oreo and Wheat Thins. Mondelez seeks monetary damages and a court injunction.
