The House voted 112-0 to accept a Senate amendment that touched off concerns among some environmental supporters earlier this week.

The legislation would make unapproved cloud seeding a third-degree felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.

A measure that would prevent development in state parks was passed unanimously in the Florida Senate on Wednesday, 37-0. However, the measure now must go back to the House for one more vote before it can arrive on Gov.
